Now the above table only shows what the planets are good at on their own, but
when two or more planets combine their energies, not only does this describe
a more specific talent, but it also increases the desire and ability to live out this aspect
of your nature.
Technically speaking, two planets combine their energies when they are
in aspect to one another. They are in aspect to one another when they are
close to the same degree. For example, let's say your Mars is at 10 degrees in the
sign of Aries, and your Sun is at 13 degrees in the sign of Leo,
then your Mars aspects your Sun in 3 degrees.
For our purposes, we will stick with close aspects within 3 degrees or less,
in any sign.
Now let's use the above example, and say that your Sun is in close aspect
to your Mars. We take a look at [Table 1] and we see that Mars loves action,
vigourus activity, competition and sports. Then we take a look at the Sun
and see that it loves to show off, loves to entertain and be admired. So a
combination of the two shows a person who loves to be admired in
competitive sports, for example. Though there are many urges and talents
associated with a given planet, they all fall within the same genre.
True wealth is obtained from doing what you love! If you're only motivation
to work is to earn money, even if you somehow make a lot of money you won't be happy.
Even if you aren't in a position to change your situation immediately, you
can at least begin to think about taking steps to get into a type of work that
allows you to express your natural talents. You'll be so glad you did!
